Originally from Haslemere, Surrey, Laura studied at the Surrey Institute of Art and Design, and moved to London in 2004 where she continues to live and work having obtained a degree in Graphic Design with illustration as her primary focus at London College of Communication, University of the Arts London. Living in London has really bought her direction into focus as she has learnt to depict society and life with extremely sophisticated artistic style.

Since Laura's first international footing at the 2008 New York Affordable Art Fair she has continued developing her personal portfolio, particularly isolating and illustrating captions of moving life. The landscape of London, architecturally, socially and politically has changed enormously in a short space of time and Laura has taken that inspiration and turned it into a series of works of which a wide audience can appreciate and identify with. Laura's self-initiated work has been complimented by a variety of commissions of late, which have challenged her and provided her with a fresh perspective to approach new mediums and styles.

Alongside gaining success in the fine art world she created Delicate Mayhem, an offshoot selling limited edition prints allowing her to bring unique accessible art to all.
