Nick Muir was born in 1963.

He worked in an industrial environment straight from school.  Finally finding an interest in industrial processes and design he took himself off to college to learn more.

Armed with little knowledge and an artistic ability, he applied for a course in 2D and 3D studies at Northbrook College. After spending a month in Sweden studying furniture design and making.  Nick attained a Higher National Diploma in 2D and 3D studies with distinction in management and development.  Since leaving college he’s worked on many projects from graphic commissions to furniture design and 3D computer illustration.  The following works crossover between computer technology, traditional photography and traditional oil and egg tempera painting, inspired by the great Renaissance period.

This is Nick’s first collection as a freelance artist, and he hopes you enjoy it.
