After studying graphics at Epsom School of Art, Sandra took up a career in advertising becoming an art director at Collett Dickinson & Pearce working in London and Paris. Sandra went on to set up her own company providing creative support for agencies.

She is now a professional painter. Line and strong shapes reflect her creative background. She works on two subjects concurrently switching between them to retain a freshness. Recently insects and gardens have been her theme and the waters around Chichester Harbour always provide inspiration.
