After a break of some years, Silé has recently returned to silversmithing and painting and is now producing small volumes of her work.

Her jewellery has often been characterised by cheerful, stylised family scenes, as well as natural forms inspired by her surroundings, and also purely abstract designs. Her paintings are similarly concerned with the natural environment and wildlife.   Silé has worked with silver for about twenty years, and has studied at Chichester College of Arts, Science and Technology and West Dean College.  She lives in West Sussex.
