Susie discovered the extraordinary colour and vitality of boats, water, walls, flowers (at close range) producing intriguing and surprising images – particularly where there is no reference for scale. Viewers can decide for themselves whether an image is a landscape, view of the world from a satellite or simply a pure abstract work. Her view is slightly different from many and challenges the viewer to decide for themselves what they see in her work.
Susie has exhibited annually at the Arundel Gallery Trail, Sussex Contemporary Artists at Worthing and Horsham Museums, Royal College of Art, Affordable Art Fair, Zimmer Stewart Gallery, with Guildford Arts and in Art for Hospital projects. Her work is in collections nationally and internationally.
