Rooted with a deep connection the earth, I am inspired by First Nations artists and produces ceramics and painting that reflect this deep seated love for the culture. The forms are raw and grounded and intentionally imperfect giving the feel of being both ancient and contemporary.

 

My Raku-fired bead necklaces continue the theme of creating using the elements with rich colours and primitive shapes resulting in beautiful, honest jewellery.

 

Each year new experiments are presented to the audience as I love to discover new methods of manipulating new media. I hope you enjoy looking at my pieces as much as I enjoy producing them.
