Sally has been exhibiting at the Arundel Gallery Trail since 2014. She completed a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design at West Dean College in 2015 and continues with her studies. She paints predominantly in oils and has exhibited at several locations across the south of England, winning prizes for her work. More recently she has been working on producing monotypes and she enjoys the immediacy and unpredictability of this medium. She likes to work en plein air whenever possible, taking inspiration from the landscape and this has become her focus in the last few years. When the weather isn’t conducive to plein air painting (which is frequently!) she will work back in the studio from drawings and sketches taken on location.
