I started painting in my early twenties as a way to help my mental health and to practice the often forgotten but very important art of playfulness.

 

Since then, I’ve painted and experimented with all sorts of creative endeavours which has been a humbling and exciting journey. This collection of paintings displays my love of one of the worlds simplest pleasures – Food.
